摄影是跨越国界的艺术语言和传播手段，对推动人类文明发展和世界文化交流产生了深远影响。2022年11月17日至11月21日，丽水市人民政府与国际摄影艺术联合会共同合作举办首届世界摄影大会，开启丽水打造重大国际摄影文化交流平台新篇章。主办双方约定，世界摄影大会每两年举办一届，举办地常设丽水。
2022世界摄影大会以“世界影像，丽水坐标”为主题，彰显“专业化、产业化、国际化”宗旨，突出“青春、时尚、先锋”特色，打造展现摄影前沿技术的专业平台、国际大师作品汇聚的展示平台、高端影像产业要素集聚的招商平台、吸引中外青年打卡丽水的共享平台。本届大会将全面展现世界各国摄影艺术技术发展成果，促进全球摄影艺术创作、教育研究、科技应用发展进步，推进世界各国文化合作与交流。
本届大会以一会（世界摄影大会主旨会议）两展（“世界之城”全球摄影主题联展、“青春集结，共创未来”摄影主题展览）和一博览（影像产品博览会）为核心内容，配套举办系列交流展示活动。活动集聚摄影相关领域名师名家、行业知名品牌和龙头企业，汇聚优质要素，展现前沿技术，同时吸引全球青年打卡丽水，共享活力、年轻、时尚的新丽水。
主旨会议围绕大会主题，共同探讨影像发展趋势，全面展示影像产业创新，多元共享技术发展成果。会议邀请国际摄联全球会员和摄影艺术、产业、政务、商务等不同领域代表，以线上线下相结合的方式共同参会。会议将举办颁奖仪式和合作签约仪式、发布“国际摄影丽水榜”消息、发布全球最新技术成果、发布大会宣言、举办主旨演讲、举办“数字时代的影像与教育”国际学术研讨会、影像产业论坛等系列活动。
“世界之城”全球摄影主题联展收到全球81个国家（及地区）549个城市510个摄影师及机构的7407件作品投稿，最终展出252位摄影师及机构拍摄的73个国家（地区）215个城市的548件作品。
“青春集结，共创未来”摄影主题展览围绕青年成长、青年创造、青春梦想，激发艺术创造，阐述生活灵感，凸显时代潮流，以创意摄影、商业摄影、纪实摄影、观念艺术等多种形式，展出了25位优秀摄影师的130件作品。
2022丽水影像产品博览会和丽水PHOTO艺术博览会汇聚国际国内知名摄影企业和影像数字产业、影像服务业、收藏拍卖行业、摄影出版印刷行业、衍生影像产品，组织产品展示展销、作品拍卖交易等系列活动。
浙江摄影艺术周将推出浙江省第十九届摄影艺术展览、“先锋流行色”2022浙江省青年摄影大展、2022浙江摄影艺术周地市征集展、“豹变碧湖”摄影主题展等2022年度全省重点展览，分别在丽水摄影园区、丽水市美术馆共展出2000余件作品，同步举办系列专业交流活动。
第九届中国摄影年度排行榜将在丽水摄影博物馆推出十位国内知名艺术家和青年新锐摄影师的优秀上榜作品，从文化意识、个体意识、亲情伦理、生活感知、历史考察、本体探索等多个维度表达、阐述艺术家的情感认知和世界观、历史观。
“中国摄影百县联盟”交流大会以交流合作、互惠共享、共创未来为宗旨，坚持摄影为人民服务、与时代同行，构建摄影交流平台，促进摄影文化交流和繁荣发展，以摄影为媒，促进中国县域摄影组织的横向联系、沟通、交流与合作，助力中国摄影事业高质量发展。
“就是有瘾”青年摄影师分享会邀请国内外时尚摄影、极简摄影、微缩创意摄影、水下摄影、建筑摄影、气象摄影、光绘、数字生成影像等领域的十位优秀青年摄影师，结合各自的专攻特长，以剧场脱口秀的方式分享他们的拍摄技巧、创作经历、内容表达。
“摄影点亮城市”全城展播汇聚全国高等院校、本届大会征集作品、华为手机摄影大赛500多件高光亮点视频、摄影作品和官方形象宣传片，在全市户外街头、公共文化空间、公交车、电梯猫等电子屏幕集中展播。
丽水“最美拍摄点”评选出100个丽水全市范围内具有代表性的最美拍摄景点，涵盖自然风光、旅游景区、传统村落、城市景观、人文民俗等具有丰富摄影元素和鲜明摄影特色的不同类型点位，大会期间进行集中发布和展示。

Introduction
Photography is an artistic language and means of communication that crosses national borders, which exerts a profound impact on promoting the development of human civilization and cultural exchanges around the world. From November 17 to November 21, 2022, People's Government of Lishui will collaborate with Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique (FIAP) to host the first FIAP World Photographers Conference, opening a new chapter for Lishui's culture-exchanging platform of international photography. The organizers have agreed that the FIAP World Photographers Conference will be held every two years permanently in Lishui.
With the theme of “Exhibiting the World's View in Lishui”, the 2022 FIAP World Photographers Conference will highlight the purpose of “Specialization, Industrialization and Internationalization” as well as the characteristics of “Youth, Fashion and Pioneering”. It aims to create a professional platform showcasing cutting-edge photography technology, a display platform for international master works, an investment platform for high-end video industry elements, and a sharing platform for attracting Chinese and foreign youth to Lishui. The conference will fully showcase the achievements of photography art technology around the world, promote the development and progress of global photography art creation, education, research, and application of science and technology for further global cultural cooperation and exchange.
This year's conference featured a series of exchanges and exhibitions with the "One Session (the main theme session of the FIAP World Photographers Conference), Two Exhibitions (“Cities of the World” global photography theme group exhibition and “Youth Create the Future” photography theme exhibition), and the One Expo (Imaging Products Fair) as its core content. The event will bring together famous artists, well-known brands and leading enterprises in the field of photography, gather high-quality elements, showcase cutting-edge technology, and attract young people from around the world to Lishui and share the vibrant, young and stylish new Lishui.
The Keynote Conference will focus on the theme of the conference to discuss video development trends jointly, showcase the innovation of the video industry comprehensively, and share technological development achievements in a variety of ways. The conference will invite global members of FIAP and representatives from different fields, such as photography, industry, government affairs, and commerce to attend the conference both online and offline. The conference will also hold an award ceremony and a cooperation signing ceremony, release the news of the "International Photography Lishui List", update the latest global technological achievements, the conference declaration, hold a keynote speech, an international academic seminar on "Image and Education in the Digital Age", and an imaging industry forum plus other series of activities.
The “Cities of the World” International Photography Exhibition received 7,407 submissions of 510 photographers and organizations from 549 cities in 81 countries (and regions), among which 548 works of 252 photographers and organizations from 215 cities in 73 countries (regions) will be exhibited on the conference.
The “Youth Create the Future” International Photography Exhibition revolves around youth growth, youth creativity, and youthful dreams, reflecting the youth concept of “youthfulness, vitality and fashion”, stimulating artistic creation, explaining life inspiration, and highlighting the trends of the times. 130 works by 25 outstanding photographers will be exhibited in various forms such as creative photography, commercial photography, documentary photography, and conceptual art.
The 2022 Lishui Imaging Products Expo and the Lishui PHOTO Art Fair combines well-known international and domestic photography companies of video services, collection and auction industry, photography publishing and printing industry, derivative video products, aiming to organize a series of activities such as product displays and exhibitions, art auctions and transactions.
Zhejiang Photography Art Week will launch the 19th Zhejiang Photography Art Exhibition, “Pioneer Pop Color” 2022 Zhejiang Youth Photography Exhibition, Zhejiang City Photography Theme Exhibition, “Ridical Changes of Bihu Township” Photography Theme Exhibition and other 2022 provincial key exhibitions. More than 2,000 works will be exhibited,and other series of professional exchange activities will be held simultaneously.
The 9th China Photography Annual Ranking List will feature outstanding works by ten well-known domestic artists and young up-and-coming photographers at the Lishui Museum of Photography. They will express and explain the artist's emotional perception, worldview, and historical view from various dimensions, such as cultural awareness, individual consciousness, family ethics, life perception, historical exploration, and ontology exploration.
With the purpose of exchange, cooperation, mutual benefit sharing and co-creation of the future, the “Hundred Counties Alliance of China Photography” Exchange Conference insists the concept that photography should serve the people and walk with the times. It builds an exchange platform, promotes photography cultural exchange and prosperity, uses photography as a medium to promote horizontal contact, communication, exchange and cooperation among Chinese county photography organizations.
The “Just Hooked on It” Youth Photographers Sharing Session has invited ten outstanding young photographers from home and abroad to share their shooting skills, creative experiences, and content expression through a theatrical talk show.
The “Photography Lights up Cities” Citywide Live has brought together colleges and universities across the country, collecting more than 500 highlight videos, photography works and official promotional video works from this conference and Huawei Mobile Phone Photography Contest. These works will be broadcast on outdoor streets, public cultural spaces, buses, ElevatorCat and other electronic screens throughout the city.
“The Most Beautiful Shooting Spot” in Lishui has selected 100 representative and most beautiful shooting spots in the city of Lishui, covering natural scenery, tourist attractions, traditional villages, urban landscapes, culture and folklore, etc., with rich photography elements and distinctive photography characteristics. A centralized presentation and display will be carried out during the conference.
As an important medium in the development of human science and technology civilization and art, photography provides human beings with a form of perception that is infinitely close to real life, and greatly expands our spiritual world.
